"Went to buy a vehicle on a Sunday. Found that I could not add the vehicle to my insurance online (like every other insurance provider) - instead the information I added was "emailed to my agent" who would "be in touch". Since I needed the insurance to drive off the lot, I secured a policy with Geico (in about 10 minutes on my cell phone). Never received any follow up communication from the agency. Received insurance cards in the mail 2 weeks later and a bill for an insurance policy I was never quoted on nor approved of. Called to cancel and was treated rudely by the staff. Cancelled the other insurance policy I had on my other vehicle with State Farm, and they mailed me a cancellation letter that had to be wet signed and returned - without a stamp on the return envelope. Petty. Poor customer service, I have never felt less valued as a customer. Would not recommend this insurance agency."
